An amazing supplement with excellent quality. Each capsule contains 200 mcg, and there are 180 capsules per bottle at a very good price. There’s no magnesium stearate, and while I don’t notice a taste, there’s a slight smell of selenium in my urine. It helps with thyroiditis and menstrual cramps.
